Refund Request Within 14 Days:

Service Already Used:

Subscription Periods Already Used:
We do not provide refunds for subscription periods that have already been used or partially used.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Statutory Rights & Digital Service Acknowledgement
By purchasing and accessing our cloud services, you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately and that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the service has been accessed or used. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.
